Instead of building a complex automation rule, newsletters are designed for quick, manual sending.
- Navigate to Emails: In your GetWealthStack dashboard, hover over the Emails tab in the main menu and click on Newsletters.
- Create a New Broadcast: Click the Create button in the top right corner.

Fill in the Details:
- Subject: Write a curiosity-inducing subject line.
- Sender Name: Use your real name or your brand name (e.g., "Ilker | GetWealthStack").
- Sender Email: Ensure this is your authenticated custom domain email (e.g., ilker@getwealthstack.com).
Choose Your Editor:
Select either the Visual Editor (great for adding images, buttons, and custom layouts) or the Classic Editor (best for plain-text, personal-feeling emails). Click Save to enter the editor.
Phase 2: Writing and Personalizing Your MessagePeople do not buy from faceless corporations; they buy from people. Use personalization to make the email feel like a 1-on-1 conversation.
- Draft Your Story: Write your email content. Start with a hook, tell a quick story, and link it back to your core offer.
- Add Substitute Variables: To address the reader by their first name, click where you want the name to appear, and look for the Substitute Variables dropdown in your text toolbar. Select {first_name}.

- Add Your Call to Action (CTA): Insert a link or a button directing them to your latest blog post, YouTube video, or sales funnel.
- Save and Exit: Click Save Changes and then exit the editor to move to the targeting phase.
Phase 3: Targeting the Right Audience (Using Tags)
Because GetWealthStack uses a tag-based system, you can ensure your broadcast only goes to the exact people who need to see it.
- Select Tags to Include: On the newsletter settings page (outside the editor), scroll down to the Contacts who have these tags section. Select the tags of the people you want to receive this email (e.g., Lead: Masterclass).
- Select Tags to Exclude: This is a crucial step for your conversions. Under Contacts who have NOT these tags, select your buyer tags (e.g., Customer: Core Course). This ensures you do not accidentally pitch a product to someone who has already bought it!

Never send a mass email without checking it first.
- Send a Test: On the right side of the screen, enter your personal email address and click Save and test. Check your inbox to ensure the formatting looks good and the links work.
- Schedule or Send: * To send it immediately, click the Save and send button.
- To schedule it for later (e.g., early Tuesday morning when open rates are highest), click Save and schedule, pick your exact date and time, and click Apply.
The Architect's Pro-Tip:
The biggest mistake you can make with newsletters is treating them like corporate press releases. Be entertaining. Be an Attractive Character. Write your emails the same way you would write to a good friend. Plain-text emails often have higher deliverability and click-through rates than heavily designed visual emails because they feel personal, not promotional.
